Members and former members of the Australian Defence Force who wish to make a complaint of abuse to the Taskforce must do so before May 31, 2013.

Tindall Gask Bentley is continuing to field enquiries from people associated with all three services – Army, Navy and Airforce – in relation to potential claims arising from alleged abuses they have suffered while serving in the Australian Defence Force. We are continuing to assist a number of individuals in notifying the Taskforce of potential claims for compensation. Some of the personal accounts described to us have been shocking to hear and have illustrated just how much of an impact an incident of this nature can have on a person and those closest to them.

Those who wish to notify the Taskforce of their complaint need to act now, as there is a time limit for notification which expires on 31 May 2013.
