Get in touch with Victoria
An impressive portfolio of professional experience, combined with a long involvement in community volunteer work, makes Victoria Bell an admirably credentialed lawyer, and the ideal person to spearhead Tindall Gask Bentley’s expansion into the Northern Territory.
Victoria has made the move from TGB’s Adelaide home and is now based full-time at the firm’s Darwin office, where she is ready to assist with workers compensation, personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims, as well as take family law and wills and estates enquiries.
Victoria cares as much about her clients’ rehabilitation as she does their claims. She is driven by helping them secure justice in getting the best possible result with their claim as well as gain access to the right rehabilitation services.
Her experience in workers compensation has been truly multi-faceted. She is committed to assisting those who have suffered injury. At varying stages in her career she has represented not only injured claimants, but also a major insurer and compensating authority. She has represented both the Northern Territory and South Australian Police Associations and the Communication Workers Union, and offers unique expertise in hearing loss claims.
Victoria’s commitment to the underdog is also evident in her work outside of the law. She has previously served as a long-term volunteer and trainer with the St John first aid organisation. She has also maintained strong links with The Smith Family charity over many years and currently sponsors a child in the Learning for Life program.
These experiences have shaped the way Victoria practises the law. Her people skills, empathy and commitment to justice for injured people rank alongside her legal knowledge as her greatest assets.
Whether facilitating a settlement or taking a case to trial, Victoria delivers solutions to address the physical, emotional and financial concerns arising from all types of legal matters. Her approach anchored by a belief in clear, effective communication and optimal outcomes, coupled with a formidable work ethic.
