Christie Tsoubarakis (formerly Harris) has developed a combination of contrasting skills to address the mixture of problems that bring clients to her door feeling daunted and despondent.
When the physical pain of injury is compounded by the mental stress of entering the legal arena, Christie is able to put her clients at ease. She lends a friendly and compassionate ear to their concerns, while taking up the challenge of recovering fair and just compensation.
The warmth, empathy and respect of her personal dealings with clients is backed up by the assertive legal posture she gives them at the negotiating table and in the courtroom.
Indeed, her ability to negotiate with insurers and compensating authorities is on show almost daily during appearances in various courts and tribunals.
At the same time, Christie does her utmost to lead clients towards recovery of their lives. This flows from her steadfast belief in prioritising as much time as possible towards the issues of health and rehabilitation.
Having once considered a medical career, Christie enjoys assisting her clients to obtain the therapeutic care they need, while also gathering the specialised medical information required to build their case.
She uses her skills of analysis and advocacy to cut through any delays that are placed in her path, in order to provide the peace of mind of a speedy and satisfying outcome.
Christie describes herself as someone who thoroughly enjoys meeting new people – and she derives even greater enjoyment from helping them to overcome problems that they formerly thought of as insurmountable.
