Ben Martin commenced his career as a lawyer at Tindall Gask Bentley upon being admitted to practice in early 2023. Ben’s practice is focused on personal injury law.

In the three years prior to becoming a lawyer, Ben worked with us as a legal assistant and a law clerk whilst completing his legal studies. He also worked as an undergraduate accountant within a mid-tier accounting firm during his studies, primarily within the areas of Professional Business Financial Advisory and Taxation. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective into the commercial aspects of his clients’ personal injury claims, particularly the aspects involving financial loss.

Ben works between our Adelaide and Reynella offices, across a broad range of personal injury matters including worker’s compensation (both state and commonwealth jurisdiction), motor vehicle accident claims, military compensation claims, public liability, and total and permanent disability claims.

Ben is always committed to providing the best possible outcomes for his clients. Working closely with TGB Lawyers’ Partner Tim White, Ben consistently measures his professional endeavours in line with his own personal values, striving to be a lawyer who is known for his honesty and integrity before all clients, whilst also maintaining his friendly personality.
