Ariane Owen has been practising law for 11 years, and is a Senior Lawyer based at TGB’s Perth office.

Ariane commenced her career working in general litigation, and then progressed to acting in large scale international arbitrations around the world.

Now working predominantly in the criminal and disciplinary sphere, Ariane also practices in criminal injuries compensation, workplace compensation, negligence and estate disputes.  She also has significant experience with advising on the Medical Retirement Scheme under the Western Australian Police Act.  Ariane has appeared for clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court, and is a passionate advocate.

With a philosophy based on hard work, attention to detail, diligence and empathy, Ariane is committed to achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
