We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Officer to join our IT Department. This is a diverse role and we require someone with experience across a wide range of technologies. The role primarily involves providing accurate and timely day to day support for the IT environment including both end users and back end servers. 

This is a hands on role and good interpersonal skills are essential.  To be successful you will have skills in Windows desktop support with a good understanding of Windows Terminal Services for client delivery.  Relevant and recent experience in general computer installation, network administration and helpdesk support services is required. 

VMWare, Citrix, LexisNexis Affinity, Cisco, Linux, Barracuda or Exchange qualifications or recent experience and skills will be an advantage.
