TGB during the Coronavirus outbreak

To our valued clients,

You will have seen and read the continuing reports of the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19).

To help slow the spread of the virus, and protect our staff, clients and visitors, many of our lawyers have commenced working remotely and appointments will be conducted over the phone, face time, Skype or similar platforms.

Any new enquiries will be assessed and where appropriate be dealt with remotely. Face-to-face meetings at our premises will only go ahead if absolutely necessary.

We will, of course, continue to maintain any court commitments and other meetings where appropriate.

If you are scheduled to attend our premises over the coming months, we ask you to put your own (and others) health first and stay at home should you feel unwell with flu-like symptoms.

If you have returned from any overseas country in the past 14 days, or have had close contact with someone who has, please do not visit our office. Call our team and make alternative arrangements.

If attending our office is absolutely necessary, please use the hand sanitiser provided at entry points and in meeting areas. Further, the office will be a ‘hands-free’ environment, and we ask you refrain from handshakes and be vigilant when touching surfaces such as door handles etc.

Our service to clients remains a priority, as well as the confidentiality of client information. You can be assured that anyone working remotely is doing so using secure log-in access and protocols.

If you have any concerns during this time please do not hesitate to contact your lawyer.

Thank you for your consideration.
