TGB announces new Managing Partner and newly promoted Equity Partner and Associate
New Managing Partner from 1 July
We are delighted to share the news that Tim White will become TGB’s Managing Partner from 1 July 2024, with Gary Allison handing over the reins after four years in the role.
Both Tim and Gary will continue their work advising clients in their respective areas of law – so it will be business-as-usual for you, our clients!
Tim started his legal career at Tindall Gask Bentley in 1996, and for close to three decades he has been a passionate advocate for the rights of the people who have come to him for advice. With his career including the privilege of serving as President of the Law Society of South Australia, he now looks forward to leading TGB well beyond its 50+ years of advising and serving its clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Tim and to thank Gary for his tireless commitment to maintaining TGB’s reputation as an efficient and effective provider of quality legal services in Australia.
Promotion
Congratulations to Toni Emanuele who has been promoted to the role of Equity Partner at Tindall Gask Bentley, and Denise Abfalter who has been elevated to the role of Associate.
Toni Emanuele began her legal career at TGB Lawyers in 2008, becoming a Partner of the firm in 2019. After 16 years of providing exceptional workers compensation, TPD/Superannuation claim, motor vehicle accident and public liability injury compensation advice to her clients, Toni has now become an Equity Partner at Tindall Gask Bentley.
Denise Abfalter joined TGB Lawyers in 2022, and practises in the areas of workers compensation, TPD/Superannuation claims and victims of crime.
This is the second round of promotions for TGB in 2024, having announced the elevation of Lauren Roberts to Senior Lawyer, Lianna Ferraro to Senior Associate and Sam Michele to Associate in January.
TGB’s Chief Executive Officer, Claudio Galloni warmly congratulated Toni and Denise during a firm gathering on Friday to announce the promotion.
