Toni Emanuele believes in building client relationships on trust. She knows it’s the best way to achieve her number one professional aim – to ensure that no-one leaves her office feeling overwhelmed by the painful problems that brought them there.
In Toni’s view, everyone has a story that deserves to be heard. She believes her first job is to patiently listen and take it all in.

With her ability to piece together exactly what clients require, Toni starts the healing process by outlining the options.
At Tindall Gask Bentley, Toni appreciates that people injured through accidents at work, in motor vehicles, or mishaps in public places, often feel they’ve lost control over their lives. She aims to restore that control, by achieving suitable compensation.
Toni guides her clients through the process of identifying where negligence might be found. She alleviates their pressure by initiating contact with third-parties, drafting and sending letters, and negotiating with insurers and the Workcover Corporation.
Where required, she launches court proceedings on claimants’ behalf.
