Mouldens three join TGB

South Australian law firm Tindall Gask Bentley has bolstered its Wills and Estates stocks with the addition of Mouldens trio Rod Behenna, Michael Arras and Sarah Behenna.

Mr Behenna, a former managing partner at Mouldens, has nearly 42 years of legal experience and will play a senior role in TGB’s Wills and Estates team.

“After spending many wonderful years at Mouldens I am eager for a fresh start at Tindall Gask Bentley,” Mr Behenna said.

“To work with such a well respected and progressive South Australian firm is a terrific opportunity, and I look forward to contributing to a growing Wills and Estates practice.”

He’ll be joined by Mr Arras, who has been specialising in commercial and estate matters for more than 30 years, and Ms Behenna, who will also focus on Wills and Estates.

For TGB managing partner Morry Bailes, securing the three lawyers is a significant coup.

“Rod, Michael and Sarah bring a wealth of knowledge and an incredible amount of experience to TGB,” Mr Bailes said.

“They will provide a massive boost to our thriving Wills and Estates practice, which currently handles many complex matters and more than 14,000 deed packets stored across South Australia.”

All will start at TGB in early December.

Tindall Gask Bentley is the largest injury firm in South Australia, and the state’s largest family law practice. The firm also specialises in property, business and commercial disputes.
