Is there really justice for all? TGB’s Morry Bailes addresses the National Press Club, Canberra

Australia’s most disadvantaged people cannot get access to justice, and urgent reform is needed.

This week TGB managing partner Morry Bailes, in his role as Law Council of Australia President, delivered the “Justice State of the Nation” address to the National Press Club in Canberra.

Focussing on the LCA’s Justice Project – a comprehensive, national review into the state of access to justice in Australia – Morry, along with immediate past-President of the LCA, Fiona McLeod SC, kickstarted a vitally important discussion that Australia needs to have.
