Family Law partner Jane Miller departs TGB Lawyers

After 19 successful years at Tindall Gask Bentley Lawyers, it is with a mix of excitement, gratitude and sadness we farewell family law partner Jane Miller, who is to become a barrister.

In her time with us, Jane has proven herself to be a practitioner of the highest calibre – her keen legal mind, strategic view and compassion helping to smoothly navigate hundreds of clients through a turbulent time in their lives.

TGB managing partner Morry Bailes says Jane will leave a lasting impression on the firm, having been an innovator, highly effective spokesperson, and influential partner.

“Jane has been a doyen of our family law group, the largest in South Australia,” Morry says.

“As a firm we are thrilled to support her calling, and it is with great pride that we back her in taking her formidable talents to the bar.

“Our remaining partners wish her the best, as do all our solicitors and supporting staff. We are sure the best is yet to come.”

Jane’s final day is May 24, however, she will leave an imprint on the firm for years to come, having personally mentored many of TGB’s brightest Family Law talent, who are ready to step into her shoes.

“TGB has been my home for almost 20 years, and has shaped my career,” Jane says.

“I will always be grateful for the firm’s support and family-friendly culture, without which I wouldn’t have had the scope to build my career or take this exciting new opportunity.

“It isn’t easy to be leaving, but I know my team – Virginia Bui, Melanie Tilmouth and Anita Brunacci – will flourish under the leadership of my long-time colleague and TGB partner Diana Dichiera, and I look forward to working with the firm in a new capacity.”
