Radio 5AA: Injured motorists suffer under overhauled compensation scheme
In 2013 South Australia’s Compulsory Third Party insurance scheme for motorists was overhauled, but for those injured in accidents the changes mean tougher times ahead.
The threshold to compensation is now much higher than before and injured motorists have to fight harder for a fair sum to help them cope in their recovery.
