Clients Praise Leading Law Firm

97 percent of Tindall Gask Bentley clients would recommend the firm to family and friends, TGB’s 2013-2014 client survey has revealed. 

200 clients completed the survey in the last year, and were asked various questions about their satisfaction with TGB’s performance, service and communication.

The results were outstanding.

98% of clients were satisfied or very satisfied with TGB’s service.

This includes technical skills/knowledge of law, quality of work, understanding of client’s matter and goals, respect for client’s decision and views, value for fees and empathy.

99% of clients were satisfied or very satisfied with TGB’s communication.

This includes the lawyer’s ability to keep the client updated, the lawyer’s ability to help the client understand the situation, the lawyer’s ability to respond via phone or email within 24 hours, clear communication of costs and politeness/courtesy of support staff.

For managing partner Morry Bailes, this is a crucial metric for the firm.
