Introducing TGB Family and Wills & Estates lawyer, Scarlett Grose
We would like to introduce you to Scarlett Grose, a Lawyer in Tindall Gask Bentley (TGB)’s Family Law and Wills & Estates teams.
We first met Scarlett in 2019 when she completed her practical placement with us during her legal studies. In 2022, after a few years’ experience working as a lawyer across a wide range of practice areas in a boutique law firm, Scarlett returned to TGB.
Scarlett now specialises in Family Law and Wills & Estates, and works between our Adelaide and Reynella offices.
Because of her previous experience, she has a good understanding of some of the other areas of law that may affect a client’s family law matter, such as the importance of having a detailed succession plan and complex family and business arrangements.
Scarlett strongly encourages her clients to negotiate with the other party to reach a settlement outside of Court. However, where that is not possible, she has plenty of litigation experience in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as the South Australian District and Supreme Courts, so our clients are in good hands.
Scarlett prides herself on being approachable and empathetic. She takes the time to build personable relationships with her clients so she is in the best possible position to advocate for their best interests.
In her spare time, Scarlett can often be found in her kitchen, cooking for her family and friends.
If you are currently affected by a situation that might need the involvement of a family or wills and estates lawyer, don’t hesitate to get in contact with Scarlett.
