TGB Lawyers’ Hanna Rogers is a talented lawyer and advocate who is passionate about providing strong advocacy for her clients. She works hard to ensure her clients are well supported by employing a thorough, empathetic and transparent approach.
Following admission to practice, Hanna worked as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of South Australia, and was subsequently employed at the Crown Solicitor’s Office for South Australia.
At TGB, Hanna accepts briefs in all criminal matters. She regularly appears as Counsel in contested summary hearings, bail applications and complex sentencing matters in Adelaide and regional courts across the State. She works closely with many preeminent barristers on criminal trial and appellate matters. She acts for both applicants and respondents in intervention order applications.
Hanna also represents clients with disciplinary and administrative hearings. During her time in practice, she has dealt with the Police Disciplinary Tribunal, the Department for Human Services, the Parole Board of South Australia and AHPRA. She has a special interest in child protection and administrative processes, particularly the working with children check and NDIS worker screening process.
Hanna has appeared as Counsel in the Coroners Court of South Australia, and as trial Counsel in the Youth Court of South Australia.
Hanna holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Australia. She is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. Hanna is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and a mentee of the Women at the SA Bar Mentoring Program.
