Dina Paspaliaris is an Equity Partner and Head of Family Law at TGB Lawyers, leading one of the firm’s largest practice groups across South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory.
With more than two decades of experience practising exclusively in family law, Dina is recognised for delivering strategic, practical advice that helps clients navigate separation with clarity and confidence. She understands that family law disputes are often accompanied by significant personal, financial and emotional challenges, and is committed to providing solutions that protect her clients’ interests while enabling them to move forward.
Dina advises individuals, business owners, professionals, high-net-worth clients and families on all aspects of family law, including complex property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, child support, spousal maintenance, Binding Financial Agreements, de facto relationships and asset protection strategies.
Where appropriate, Dina encourages early resolution through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, recognising that negotiated outcomes often provide greater certainty and reduce both emotional and financial cost. When litigation is necessary, she is a skilled advocate with extensive experience representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, delivering well-prepared, commercially focused and strategic representation.
Known for her calm and approachable manner, Dina combines technical legal expertise with genuine empathy. Clients appreciate her ability to explain complex legal issues in straightforward terms, develop practical strategies tailored to their circumstances, and remain focused on achieving outcomes that support their long-term goals.
Throughout her career, Dina has built a reputation for excellence within the legal profession. She has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as both a Leading and Recommended Family Lawyer and continues to be regarded by clients and peers for her professionalism, integrity and commitment to achieving outstanding results.
She is also fluent in Greek, enabling her to assist Greek-speaking clients with confidence and cultural understanding.
As Head of Family Law, Dina is passionate about mentoring the next generation of family lawyers and fostering a collaborative, client-centred culture across the firm’s national practice. She is committed to ensuring every client receives clear advice, responsive communication and exceptional legal representation from their first consultation through to the resolution of their matter.
