In the aftermath of a separation emotions can run high as many aspects of one’s life are in transition. It is in situations like this that you need a lawyer with empathy, excellent communication and attention to detail. Rebecca Zanol is one such lawyer.
In dealing with clients Rebecca strives to find a balance between offering support in tough times while also delivering pragmatic advice that will result in the best possible outcomes. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ instructions then, armed with the necessary information, helps guide them through the separation process in as timely and smooth a manner as possible. She relishes the opportunity of giving her clients proper access to the legal system.
Rebecca has a balanced view of the law, developed during her time as an industrial advocate at SA Unions, where she also honed her keen negotiation skills. She offers unique skills in regional matters having worked in Strathalbyn for a number of years. Her time there gave her experience in property settlements involving regional farming land, partnerships and inheritances, along with a good understanding of family trusts and how they are intertwined with family law interests.
Her focused, pragmatic and honest approach puts clients at ease and helps to keep the matter on track, whilst giving clients sound and well-reasoned advice across all facets of their family law matter.
