Amber Sprague has an exceptional knowledge of Workplace Law and a passion for delivering first rate client service has seen her elevated to the position of Partner within Tindall Gask Bentley.

Amber believes that standing up for the rights of workers left high and dry by setbacks beyond their control is a battle worth fighting every day of her working life.

She enjoys meeting the diverse challenges presented by constant changes to the Law, and the broad variety of problems she is asked to solve for an expansive cross-section of clients.

Amber represents people who need compensation for injuries suffered in the course of their work.

She also seeks redress for anyone who has been unfairly dismissed or unlawfully terminated. In addition, Amber represents those disciplined under various Acts of Industrial Law.

With a focus on public sector employees, Amber is able to communicate readily with clients across all levels. She has advocated for police and correctional officers, school principals and teachers, factory and process workers – and even members of the legal profession.

Amber’s practice also extends to the area of Defamation Law. She seeks apologies and compensation in cases where people have been unlawfully and unfairly maligned.

As a Partner in the firm, Amber identifies closely with TGB’s ethos of inclusiveness and desire to ease the stresses of those who turn to the firm for help.

She is endowed with the skills to put clients at ease and pursue outcomes that can change their lives for the better.
