Tindall Gask Bentley has hosted its most mouth watering event ever.

Masterchef Allstars winner Callum Hann and dietician Themis Chryssidis put on a cooking demonstration at TGB’s young professionals networking event on October 3, 2013.

The theme for the event was encouraging healthy lifestyles. Themis kicked off the evening with a discussion about diet and made recommendations that would help young professionals get the most out of their busy days.

Themis then joined Callum at the cooking table, and the Sprout Cooking duo produced two meals; prawn and corn salad with salsa verde and haloumi and cranberry quinoa with chunky parsley sauce.

TGB lawyer Victoria Bell said the firm hoped the event would promote a “big picture” approach to work.

“Working hard is important, but to get the best out of yourself it is important to stay healthy, both physically and mentally, and Callum and Themis did a great job at showing us how it all starts with our diet,” Ms Bell said.

“It was great to have so many motivated young people in the room who are committed to their work and improving themselves and their workplaces.”
