Nour joined TGB Lawyers in 2018, after graduating from the University of South Australia. An ideal fit for the TGB team, Nour received an invitation to join the Golden Key International Honour Society to recognise her outstanding academic achievements during her studies.
In mid-2022, Nour gained valuable experience at the Supreme Court of South Australia as a Probate Registrar. During this time, Nour gained valuable experience in all matters within the Testamentary Causes Jurisdiction, estates and probate and letters of administration applications. In July 2023, she returned to TGB Lawyers, wonderful news for TGB and our clients.
This dynamic lawyer has worked with many practitioners and judicial officers in all facets of wills and estates, trustee advice and disputes, estate litigation, commercial litigation and superannuation disputes.
Nour’s expertise in the field is further demonstrated by her role at the University of Adelaide where she teaches Succession Law to final year law students.
Achieving excellence in these complex and multifaceted areas demands not only technical proficiency and knowledge but also effective client communication. Nour’s approach to her work is client-centric: ensuring clients’ goals remain in focus while delivering a successful resolution. She makes litigation simpler and transparent, combining compassion and commerciality for her clients’ best possible outcome.
From preparing clients for their future, to guiding them through life’s most challenging times throughout death and disputes, Nour works hard to ensure her clients are well-advised, supported and always informed about their options.
In 2023, Nour was recognised as a Rising Star in Wills & Estates law in South Australia by Doyle’s Guide, the premier Asia-Pacific Directory of leading lawyers, law firms and barristers.
