Introducing TGB Senior Associate, Lauren Roberts

We would like to introduce you to Senior Associate Lauren Roberts, who is a member of our Wills & Estates and Commercial teams, and works in our Adelaide office. Lauren also travels to Whyalla regularly to advise our clients in the north-eastern part of the Eyre Peninsula.

Lauren has broad experience across a range of practice areas, with a particular focus on Wills & Estates, Succession Law and Commercial Law.

In the area of Wills & Estates, Lauren has helped her clients on a wide range of issues including contested estates, superannuation death benefit claim disputes, testamentary capacity and undue influence claims, domestic partnership applications, trust disputes, intestacy matters, special wills applications and much more. She understands the stress that these claims can put on her clients, and wherever possible she advocates for alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation.

She is also experienced at helping with family business succession planning, complex estate planning, testamentary trusts and protective testamentary trusts.

In addition, Lauren enjoys advising on commercial matters, again covering a broad range of issues including transactional and conveyancing matters, trust disputes, contractual disputes, commercial litigation, property disputes, building and construction law, compulsory acquisitions and leasing.

Her clients range from individuals, family businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
