With more than 30 years of commercial, private client and estate law behind him, Michael Arras uses his experience to find effective legal solutions for his clients.

For Michael, building relationships is an integral part of his job as a lawyer. He takes pride in the fact that over the course of his career he has been working with some clients for as long as 15 years, providing the opportunity to work with a family over several generations.

When working on a Will, Michael believes that his relationship with the client should not end at the completion of the document. He ensures that the client is aware of the importance of regularly reviewing their changing circumstances, and updating the Will accordingly.

Michael also assists Executors with the administration of estates. Some estates can be relatively simple to administer, while others can contain many complexities. In either case, Michael is conscious of the need for not only executors to clearly understand their duties and obligations but also estate beneficiaries, to reduce the risk of complications arising.
