Linh joined Tindall Gask Bentley’s wills and estates team as a Lawyer in February 2026.  

Before joining TGB, Linh worked within the private sector for approximately 3 years as a law clerk and 1.5 years as a junior lawyer. During this time, she obtained valuable knowledge and gained experience in a variety of areas of law particularly  wills and estates law and family law. 

At TGB, Linh continues to serve the South Australian community, working across wills and estates matters, with a particular focus on the estate planning such as preparing wills and testamentary trusts, advance care directives, enduring power of attorney, and estate administration including probate and letters of administration.  

Linh is known for her diligence, patience, and outstanding at preserving the quality of her work and client relations. She is passionate about protecting human rights and is committed to serving the community and preserving people’s access to justice. 

Outside of work, Linh enjoys dining out with her friends and family, shopping, travelling and playing badminton.
