Justine Lacasandile joined Tindall Gask Bentley’s personal injury team as a lawyer in August 2025. 

Before joining TGB, Justine worked within the South Australian public sector for four years, initially in a policy role and then as an in-house lawyer. During this time, she gained valuable experience in property law, administrative law, and legislative and policy development. 

Justine works closely with Managing Partner, Tim White, across personal injury matters, with a particular focus on workers compensation claims, including Comcare, Return to Work and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) claims, and motor vehicle accidents. 

With her qualification in Health and Medical Sciences, Justine is keen to combine her growing legal expertise with her genuine interest in health and medical science. 

Justine has a strong appreciation for the impacts medical issues have on the lives of clients, and she aims to provide them with tailored solutions, assisting them to navigate the legal system with empathy and practicality.  

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with family and friends sampling local cafés and restaurants.
