Emma Todd joined TGB initially in 2017 and returned to the firm in 2026. She practises exclusively in wills and estates advising clients on estate planning, testamentary trusts, estate administration and estate disputes. 

Emma has extensive experience assisting clients through complex and often sensitive estate matters. She is known for her practical, client‑focused approach and takes care to clearly explain each step of the process, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout. Emma places a strong emphasis on clear, open communication and values building trusted relationships with her clients. 

With a strong understanding of both the legal and personal issues that can arise in estate matters, Emma works closely with clients to achieve timely and effective outcomes tailored to their individual circumstances. 

Outside of work, Emma enjoys gardening, cooking, sharing good food and wine, and spending time with her young family.
