Amanda joined Tindall Gask Bentley Lawyers’ Business and Commercial Law, and the Wills and Estates Teams in March 2026 as a Senior Associate.  

Amanda commenced her 15-year legal career by practising in Wills and Estates, Family Law and Personal Injury Law.  That later evolved into Business and Commercial law, Building and Construction, Property, Litigation and Migration Law, while she continued to practise in Wills and Estates.  Amanda has most recently practised in Tax and Tax Advisory matters.   

At Tindall Gask Bentley, Amanda practises in all areas of commercial transactions including providing strategic and legal advice and preparing documents in connection with incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts, partnership agreements, variations of trusts, commercial sales and acquisitions, restructures, leases and franchise agreements.   

Amanda, having extensive experience in appearing in all State and Federal Courts in South Australia, also advises and provides representation on disputes in commercial and contractual transactions, shareholder and partnership issues, property transactions and building and construction matters.  

In the Wills and Estates team, Amanda prepares Wills and all aspects of estate planning, applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, and the administration of deceased estates. 

Amanda also helps with contested estate matters, including family provision claims and other estate disputes. Her commercial and tax background enables her to approach succession planning and estate disputes strategically and with a practical focus on resolution.

Outside of work, Amanda plays the piano for her church services, loves travelling and driving recreationally to visit different parts of South Australia and enjoys spending time with her family.
