Jacquie joined Tindall Gask Bentley Lawyers’ Wills and Estates Team in 2026 as an Associate.  

Jacquie assists with the preparation of wills and all aspects of estate planning, applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, and the administration of deceased estates.  

Jacquie also helps with contested estate matters, including family provision claims and other estate disputes, with experience appearing in the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Her commercial background enables her to approach estate disputes strategically and with a practical focus on resolution.  

Jacquie is known for her considered and compassionate approach, supporting clients through some of the most personal and challenging times of their lives with empathy, and practical, solutions-focused advice.  

Outside of work, Jacquie enjoys spending time with her family and her cats, fine dining and a good glass of wine. She is known for her friendly and approachable manner, bringing warmth and authenticity to both her professional and personal interactions.
