Natalie El-Awar began her employment with Tindall Gask Bentley in October 2025.  

Prior to her commencement at Tindall Gask Bentley, Natalie has gained an invaluable career amongst various domains in the area of personal injury. Natalie embarked on her career as a Paralegal and Adelaide Office Manager in a boutique national personal injury firm whilst completing her university studies. Thereafter Natalie acquired experience as a Chambers Clerk and Office Manager where she gained a practical understanding from Barristers, specialising in Personal Injury and other various areas of law.  

Natalie progressed her career as a Law Graduate and Lawyer at a boutique personal injury firm where she applied her passion and developed her expertise within the field, which allowed her to leverage her presence and experience in personal injury.  

Natalie is a dedicated Lawyer, who is respectful, empathetic, driven and reliable – she is motivated in building great communications with clients and other stakeholders whilst delivering quality assistance and results amongst her diligent standards. Natalie is determined to service her clients with integrity, respect and understanding to best assist in times of unrest and to navigate the claims process with efficiency and ease.  

In her time outside of the law, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as cheering on her favourite AFL team.
