Peter Milte is a highly experienced personal injury and civil litigation lawyer, with a career spanning more than four decades. Admitted to practice in 1979, Peter began his legal journey as an Associate to a Supreme Court Justice before spending ten years in general practice with a strong focus on litigation. Since 1990, he has practised exclusively in the area of personal injury law.
He has a broad personal injury practice, acting for clients in a wide range of matters including catastrophic injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability and product liability. He also has extensive experience in total and permanent disability (TPD) claims and dependency claims.
