Abbey Groocock commenced working with TGB Lawyers in 2024 as a clerk, soon transitioning to the role of lawyer once admitted to practice.

Abbey is a member of our personal injury team, working closely with Managing Partner, Tim White, and Senior Associate, Alexandra Harris. She works across a wide range of personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, super/TPD claims, and workers compensation, including Comcare, Return to Work and Departments of Veterans Affairs (DVA) claims.

During her studies, Abbey developed a deep interest in personal injury law which fuelled her passion for helping individuals navigate the legal system, ensuring they receive the support they deserve and the best possible outcome.

Abbey also has a strong belief that justice should be accessible and spent several years learning Auslan to broaden her clientele to include the Deaf community. With an empathetic approach, Abbey strives to build strong rapport and ensure her clients feel understood throughout the legal process.

Outside of her legal work, Abbey enjoys all things crafty from crochet to cross stitch to origami.
