Fiona specialises in the area of Wills and Estates. She assists clients in the three key areas: Estate Planning, Estate Disputes and Estate Administration.
Fiona advises her clients on the preparation of Wills (both simple Wills and complex Wills incorporating testamentary trusts) and other estate planning documents including Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and letters of wishes to executors and guardians. She prides herself on explaining the Estate Planning process so that her clients can leave her office feeling as though they have their affairs in order.
Fiona has assisted both Executors and claimants in disputed estates and always strives to provide her clients with the most cost effective and expedient solutions. She provides professional, compassionate and objective advice when she knows her clients are experiencing an emotional time after losing a loved one.
Fiona was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 after having completed a combined Communications/Law degree. Fiona is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
Fiona pursued post graduate study in the areas of Wills and Estates and obtained a Masters of Applied Law in Wills and Estates in 2014.
Fiona previously practiced in New South Wales where she represented clients in interstate litigation relating to the validity of Wills and Family Provision claims.
