Get in touch with Damian
Damian Eynon-Williams brings with him to Tindall Gask Bentley and his cases a wealth of experience from across multiple disciplines.
After obtaining his degree, Damian taught college-level law in England before spending five years in UK policing as part of both the Metropolitan Police and Gwent Police. After moving to Australia in 2008, Damian completed 10 years’ service as a police officer, during which time he qualified as a Police Prosecutor.
It is this time serving as a police officer and Police Prosecutor that has equipped Damian with a valuable skillset for practicing criminal law, a practice area where cases are invariably complex and require not just knowledge but a strict attention to detail.
With a thorough understanding of the criminal process on both sides, Damian enjoys meeting new clients and spending as much time as is needed to put them at ease, explain the intricacies of their cases, and allows them to understand the process they are in and what their best interests are whilst being mindful of their own desires and what’s realistic.
No matter his clients’ circumstances, desires, or thoughts, Damian adopts a straightforward and direct way of working to ensure his clients are not left in the dark about their cases and can work with him to help reach the best possible outcome.
Damian’s other practice areas include industrial and employment law where he is able to advise a vast number of potential clients on a variety of cases.
When he’s not providing stellar advice to the clients he defends for TGB, many of whom are currently or have been involved in a complicated and distressing set of circumstances, Damian splits his time between working and participating in events with the Western and Southern Australian Law Societies and providing advice to clients of the Western Australia Police Union.
