Brianna Tapscott prides herself on honesty, dependability and trust, which has seen her become an asset to a broad range of clients.

She has degrees in both law and International Studies with a varied background that includes a role as a District Court Judges’ Associate, Paralegal work in commercial litigation in the UK as well as caring for the young and elderly in injury rehabilitation centres.

These experiences have given Brianna a rare ability to develop strong relationships with people from all backgrounds, and provide genuine empathy and understanding for every unique legal issue.

Brianna understands that the law, and seeing a lawyer, can be a daunting process but her approachability and commitment to the matter immediately sets clients at ease.

An approachable young practitioner, Brianna provides sound legal advice and is dedicated to achieving the best result possible.

She encourages clients to ask questions about their rights and entitlements, offering clear answers without the ‘legal jargon’.

Brianna builds relationships based on trust, transparency and reliability, which has brought her success both personally and professionally.

Brianna deals with the insurer throughout the injury claim process, taking the stress away from clients and allowing them to focus on their treatment and rehabilitation.

For Brianna, it is a privilege to represent war veterans in at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, to ensure that their pension entitlements are honoured.

Community service is important to Brianna, who is also passionate about providing pro bono legal services and being an advocate for those who don’t have a voice.

She also has an interest in defending people in the criminal courts.
