Tina Bouras holds a distinct advantage in her practice of Insurance Law, having gained significant experience working on the ‘other side‘.
Tina is able to pass on an advantage to her clients, through her understanding of the way insurance companies conduct their cases.
Before joining Tindall Gask Bentley, Tina worked for a major insurance company. She has managed accident claims of all kinds – from general matters right through to those involving catastrophic injury. She was also on the defendant solicitors’ panel of the Motor Accident Commission.
In protecting the rights of seriously injured people, Tina is further aided by her ability to empathise with their deepest concerns.
She explains complicated issues in a straight-forward manner, and does her utmost to obtain medical support for treatment of psychological as well as physical injuries.
With her understanding of the hassles that can arise when dealing with insurance companies, Tina is perfectly placed to fight hard for people who’ve been injured by the negligence of others.
Her desire to make the process as comfortable as possible for her clients is matched by a determination to obtain the maximum compensation to which they are entitled.
