Nicole has spent most of her legal career, which has spanned almost 20 years, in regional South Australia. This has equipped Nicole with an acute understanding of the many complexities specific to people living in rural areas, such as property settlements that include family farms with multiple family members, partnerships, trusts and succession planning to consider.
Nicole is experienced with family law matters large and small, with both married and de facto couples. Whether the issue is financial or related to children, she strives to keep it out of the courtroom while achieving the best possible result for her clients.
Where court is necessary, Nicole has significant experience in successfully litigating matters including complex property settlements and parenting disputes, including relocation cases and complex Family Inheritance claims.
As a country lawyer, Nicole has developed a broad range of skills covering most areas of law. She takes great pride in providing high quality work and is recognised for immediately putting her clients at ease.
Nicole is a passionate member of the Murray Bridge and wider community, and is a keen competitive horse rider and committee member at the Strathalbyn Pony Club.
